These terms and conditions apply to your use of www. cloudberryleatherbags.com. We are CLB AB (short for Cloudberry Leather Bags), “Cloudberry”, registered with Business Registration number 559335-7188 in Sweden.
By purchasing on this website, you agree to these terms and conditions. Cloudberry may update these terms and conditions from time to time.

We do our best to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. Cloudberry reserves the right that products are subject to availability and that items might be out of stock. Cloudberry shall not be held liable in case of products running out of stock. Cloudberry reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms and Conditions.
PRICING AND PAYMENTS
Cloudberry displays prices in EUR, USD, GBP, SEK, DKK, NOK, and and accept Payment in 30 days, 6-12 months financing, direct payment from your bank account with BankID, bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Value Added Tax (VAT) of 25% is included in the product price. Import duties may apply outside the European Union and are paid by the customer.
We use the following carriers: DHL, UPS, TNT, and FedEx.
Delivery times displayed on the website are an estimate and we do our very best to achieve these, but times can differ depending on conditions that are out of Cloudberry´s control.
Current estimated delivery times: 1-3 business days within Sweden, 5-7 business days for Europe, and 5-10 business days for other countries.
REFUSED AND UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES – and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mistyped address) are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the country of destination, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
Customers may return products within 14 days of receiving an order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original branded packaging. Upon receipt of the customer´s return, the money will be sent back to you, using your original method of payment, within 3-5 working days. The return shipping fee will be deducted, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to the Customer at the Customer’s expense.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. However, if something would be wrong with the product in terms of production or material with the 2-year warranty period, Cloudberry will cover the return shipping fee. To initiate a return, please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
Returned goods remain your responsibility during transit and until signed for by Cloudberry´s or its’ partner warehouses.
We do not offer standard exchanges. Please return the item you wish to exchange according to our 14 day return policy, and then place a new order. The item/s must be unused and returned in their original condition, including all original branded packaging.
We provide a 2-year warranty against defects in workmanship under responsible use.
The warranty does not cover:
· Damage caused by mishandling of the product, misuse, accident, water, solvents, or neglect.
· The natural aging of materials or wear and tear.
· Purchases made using online auction sites or other unauthorized resellers.
If a quality issue is discovered regarding the workmanship within the 2-year warranty period, we offer a free repair service with our producer in Milan, Italy. Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs to and from our producer.
